What type of homes are available?

We have three categories and of course variations of the three.

1. Single Family Homes – A single-family detached home, also called a single-detached dwelling or separate house is a free-standing residential building and 1 to 3 stories high

2. Townhomes – A multilevel structure that can be attached, semi detached or free standing. Town-homes are always part of a complex of 4 units or more.

3. Condominiums – A condominium is a collection of individual home units (building) and common areas along with the land upon which they are built on.

While the single family homes offer the most independence for the homeowner, Condominiums and Townhouses have conditions, covenants, and restrictions, and often additional rules, that govern how the individual unit owners are to share the space. Condominiums and Townhouses are preferred living spaces for absentee owners due to higher security levels.
